This is what happens in king's militray rule. have heard that there are many cases like this going on. But looks like someone is bold enough to fight against it.

KATHMANDU, March 8 - The Sunsari District Court Thursday ordered the imprisonment of two Royal Nepal Army soldiers on charges of gang rape.
The duo of Khem Khadka and Bishal Rai were accused of raping a girl of Bharaul VDC-5 on Dec. 25.

The victim's father had registered a complaint at the court demanding legal action against the perpetrators. (dds)
