Ya definatey eligble and easiest way to GC. But make sure case is 100% genuine , if its fake going to be criminal offence and direct deportation. Indian do to much fake u visa claim and investivation goes for long time , if its fake u get deported even if u become cittizen .

If your case is denied you will be awarded with voluntary departure right away.please be sure the case is genuine and show them u have taken a help from police . The approval rate is very very low though
