Some people can not figure out between Frugal and Cheap. Let me ask you are you gainfully employed or still dependent of your parents. Once you become independent, you depend on your sole income ( no corruption) on the top you have extra responsibility to fulfill than you will know the difference between sustaining and being cheap. Like the response of Sajhamitra.
