Too much openness is not good either. Bitcoin is too open in which every body can see each other's transactions

You did think of Money Laundering almost every country are fighting against it. What transparency you are referring to? It is called an "Empty vessels make the most noise”.

But over the last few years, with cryptocurrencies growing in prominence and price, they’ve become a popular option, too. Government agencies have started contracting crypto-analytics firms like Chainalysis and CipherTrace to track down money launderers and other criminals.
