As per letter someone downloaded movie from torrent and copyright management service report it.Not sure how serious this is?

I have heard some people get that notification. They got fined upto $10,000

Why download movie? Use websites such fmovies.to to watch latest hd tv series and movies. Lastest movies is available within a month of release. Or use free vpn if you have to download.
