Hello, I recently changed my status from TPS to H4 and when I tried to access my I94 online, it mentions that it found no records. I was in F1 when I entered the US. I did retrieve my I94 a year ago using the old passport number, a new MRP passport was made a few years ago but I haven't been to Nepal ever since. How do I get my I94 online in this situation? Any advice here will be highly appreciated. Thanks

If you haven't used your new "MRP" passport for travel from and to US, you won't have the I-94 if you use that passport number. Your last I-94 using your "old" passport is the one you need (which you get by using your old passport info ).

Thank you for your response. I tried using my old passport info and it shows "No record found for traveler." I haven't traveled outside the US for more than 5 years. I remember getting my online I94 last year even after I got the new MRP. Any suggestions?
