Hi @Adan Ji, I am compelled to answer this as this has gone unanswered for so many days. If you are approved for TPS and left this country without any Travel document also known as Advance parole or even prior to your TPS approval letter it falls in the category of TPS abandonment, therefore it is unlikely that you will be allowed back. I am sorry it just breaks my heart to be the bearer of this bad news. Having said that, I am not a lawyer or in a law profession. My advice for you is to contact the embassy in Nepal with your concern or reach out to a lawyer based in U.S. Probably you can come back with other visa type but not under TPS. Saknu hunna hola mero bichar ma. TPS maintain garna AP liyera matrai US bahira travel garnu parchha. Tapain ko case ali interesting chha kinaki TPS ayeko thiena jaba tapainle US chodnu bhayo. Tara I still think you have voided the TPS/TPS application by leaving the country without AP. Actually I think I have heard of TPS pending applicants traveling abroad WITH AP. So yes, unfortunately, I think your TPS may be void. But get an opinion from a legal professional anyway. GL!
