Happened to few people whom I known and got resolved after calling them. Ask for their supervisor while calling. Those front line CS are of no help and just repeats what you see in website.

Yeah, something weird is going on. I thought TSC processed applications the fastest, but upon my recent check the application processing date has been pushed back a month. For eg, from Dec 16 to Nov 16 for I485 processing. Having said that I wouldn't be surprised if same is the case with other service centers.
