I just applied for TPS. How long before I expect to hear anything from USCIS? My OPT just ended so I'm depending on TPS to be able to stay here, else I am bound to leave by July, when my 60 days grace period ends.

Why dont you just join kaplan and extend your f1 validity? Tps application takes months.

Re-registration period ended some 6 months ago. So you cannot apply TPS now. Dont waste your time. Find another way, like kaplan, saranarthi, whatever but not TPS. You will only lose your valuable time.

Late Filing is possible, and I have applied already.

I'm not familiar with Kaplan. So basically join the online school to extend F1? How much investment is require via this route?

@KHOKHO , please keep in mind this year it is taking too long to get TPS approved. 5 months and more in some cases. Even if they receive your application and mail you notification receipt it doesn't grant any TPS related benefit. So my advice is talk to a lawyer, it will save you some headache.
