Hello Friends,

I just received approved TPS. I am planning to apply advance parole.

1. What other documents beside complete form i131 are required to support the application? Photographs are required?
2. What is the total fee to file advance parole application?
3. On i131 part 7, it requires to have humanitarian reason. What will be the proper reason to get it approved. I am planning to visit Nepal to attain my brothers weeding and will it be consider as humanitarian reason? Please suggest.
4. My spouse has Approved TPS and has valid H1b till 2018(visa stamped). Do my spouse also need to get advance parole? or can travel on H1B and also maintain TPS?
5. Any one has traveled on TPS advance parole document recently, after new administration? How was the experience?

Please suggest based on your knowledge. Me and my spouse have approved TPS for recent extension. Thank you all.
