Hi,
I am currently on H1B status. My previous status was student and Visa already expired. I had already filed for TPS renewal. My question is if i want to visit Nepal which option will be better (TPS parole or H1B)? If TPS parole is the right option then what is the process to get that one? Also, if we visit to Nepal on H1B documents with other required documents, what are the risks or difficulties we will have to face? If anyone knows please response to this post.

Thank You
