Dear Sajhaites I am for the first time applying for TPS. I missed it in the initial registration period. I am on H1B and my wife is on H4. What eligibility category in I-765 is suitable for me and my wife? a12 or c19? Could not be clear. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance! seeker77
