Has anybody acquired "Non resident nepali citizenship" according to the new constitution so far ? What is the process to apply from US? What does the citizenship card look like ?

It is just stated in the new constitution. Out dumbass politicians have to draft a law before that can happen and they don't give a shit. So there is no process of applying NRN citizenship yet.
