* I-821 > part2 > Q11 - Country of residency = Nepal or USA?
Since I have been living in USA for 10 years should I use USA?

* I-765 > Q16 - Eligibility Category = a12 or c19?
This is first time I am applying for TPS should I use a12?
what is the difference? I am confused. Someone help me please!

I put USA as country of residency and c19 as Eligibility category.
Got my TPS and EAD both on October 1. :)
(TPS filed on July 14)
