पटना मा गएको बेला माहुर माछा बनाउदै थिए स्थानिय व्यक्तिले मलाइ भनि " मछ्लिमे भी प्याज डाली जाति है '? But we like to add onion on our food and it is our style. मेरो घरमा चै तोरी वा सर्स्यु को छोप हाल्ने भएर रस भएको माछा बनाउदा अलिकति नहाली चित्त बुझ्दैन ? गएको महिना माछाको टाउकोको रस खान मन लागेर स्थानिय पसल बाट salmon को टाउको किनेर ल्याए : अनि ह्याक्सो ब्लेड प्रयोग गरेर टुक्रा बनाए | टाउको किन्दा त्यो फिन भित्र हेर्नु पर्छ र जति रातो भयो राम्रो भन्छन | टुक्रा धेरै सानो बनाउने तिर नलाग्नु होला किनकी टुक्रिन्छ | You do not want too much fish bone on the soup. अनुप ब्रो ले मोले झैँ मोले : मैले थप कुरा मा तोरीको छोप र टिम्मुर पनि थपेको थिए | बिहान मोलेर फ्रिज मा राखी दिए : काम बात फर्किए पछि BBQ गरे ( it help to kill the fishy smell and lower fishy smell inside the house) , पहिले indoor ग्रिल मा हाल्थे | तेस पछि अनुप ब्रो ले गरे झैँ गरे यो चाहि टाउकाको रस ( मधेसमा बडो मिठो मानि खाइएको थियो ) : बनाइने हुनाले माछा रसमा Doबिनु पर्ने हुनाले फ़्राईङ्ग प्यान मा नगरेर सस्प्यानमा बनाए | त्यो catfish को टाउको भए अझै स्वादिलो ( catfish test is much sharper than Salmon?)हुन्थ्यो होला |

boi u cook better than any Nepali lady I think, ur wife should be a lucky lady to have a guy like u, but i l pass this oily fishy curry, hate deep fried foods as they give me gas and bloating, i l be farting nonstop
