 EB3-ROW Retrogressed April 2011*

EB3 -ROW has retrogressed by more than a year. not good but it was expected when it jumped big last few months.

It may stay April 2011 for a while or even move back a little.. Congrats to those whoever got lucky and were able to get their Green Card.

For those whose priority date is after April 2011, it's sad.
