Itahari ko najikai ko city JHUMKA bazzar ma ek kattha ghaderi ani tesma baneko ghar bikri ma chha. Asking Price is just Rs 35 lakhs. The house owner is just asking land price. The one story house, made of brick, comes as a bonus. Hurry up! No brokers involve. Talk directly with land-owner and negotiate the price.

@ mancini- sounds like you have not got outside of Kathmandu Valley,LOL! There are more clean and gorgeous cities in Nepal. One of the place is JHUMKA too.
