The present democratic system all over the world supports mechanical peace and harmony between individuals and between individuals and the cosmos. This system doesn't take any responsibility to educate its citizen on how to bring about behavior that is coherent with total natural law that is administrating the entire universe. In other words, the present democratic system is only there for crisis management (Sadly, It can't even handle big crisis). A highly advanced society will be based on "prevention-based administrative system." Prevent the crisis before it hits the nation and enjoy peace and harmony. A small child in Nepal lost his hand because of Banda and bomb blast called by Baidhya group. Suffering has been caused to this little child and his entire family is in agony. No compensation can bring a real hand to this suffered child. The government has made him handicapped for life. The flaw in this democratic system is that the peace and harmony is 100% mechanical. When government collapse suddenly or something happens to the government, there is no backup to prevent the nation from downfall. Consequently, people suffer. Therefore, I am sensing there is a need to establish government that actually is mature to handle life and cosmos. When life is lost, it can't be brought back; hence, prevention based administrative system is key to peace and prosperity. Now, the question is what is this prevention based administrative system? What is its structure? What is the substratum for this administrative system? The substratum is consciousness. A nation is nothing but collective consciousness of all individuals living in that nation.
