sounds like total kathey pakhini to be bitchin about petty stuff and that too in front of the kids...no offense bro but i would ask her to stop and try to get to a resolution or just split if it gets to that point.  other option is danda le tauko ma majja le handeu bro ani hope that she forgets her memory like in a hindi filim and tell her a different version of the story.
