My Fellow Nepalis, Help me out if you have any experience on this. I just moved to Texas from another state and attending Univ. of Houston starting spring 13. Currenlty, I am classified as out of state student for tuition as I have not lived here for a year. If anyone have experience getting in-state tuition through any other means, please share it.
