Well, everytime I loggged on here I imagine how the other fellow look like, how they relaly are in person, where r they from and so on and on. Really I would lilke to know all the shebang. Amazing, No I haven't been to Venice but I have read a few books about the city and have watched a few films as well like A Room with a View - film adaptation of the EM Foster novel. I once actually wrote an essay on the city's cultural heritage - the rich architecture and on why the place had been a major commercial centre in the Renaissance.
People say the city is sinking - all sorts of theories. Would love to go there one day - they do have quite a few paintings there that I want to have a look at. A few Titians and Tinterrettos. Venice is where the history's biggest playboy Casanova hailed from. Would be good to see how he lived and where etc.
