मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले प्रधानसेनापति रुक्माङ्गद कटवाललाई बर्खास्त गरेको छ । लामो समयको सहमति प्रयास विफल भएपछि सरकारले कटवाललाई हटाएर दोस्रो वरियतामा रहेका रथी कुलबहादुर खड्कालाई कायममुकायम प्रधानसेनापति बनाउने निर्णय गरेको हो ।

If india says, " Dont sack katuwal. Nepal will fall into chaos " And if maoist sack katuwal and nepal falls into cahos.......samosa becomes happy " see , maoist have the ball to defy india. Does not matter if nepal go to hell. At least we didnt listen to india ".
