MADESH IS NOT THE PROPERTY OF ANY1.......MADESH IS TOO DIVERSE TO BE ACCOMODATED IN ONE STATE......U CANT PUT JANAKPUR AND NEPALGUNJ IN ONE BASKET.........BHAIRAHAWA IN NO WAY CALL THEMSELVES A MADESHI PART BECOS THEIR HEART AND MIND NOT INTO IT......

SO BE PRACTICAL MADHESI GUYS....DONT STRETCH THE STUFF INTO THE THIN WIRE...DEMANDING ALL THIS, U R HELPING THE INTERESTS OF THE REGRESIVE FORCES AND THE SOUTHERN NEIGHBOUR..........NO DOUBT UR DEMANDS SHOULD BE MET BUT NOT AT THE LEVEL OF DIVIDING THE COUNTRY.....

If I could, I would line up all these regressive forces in a line and shoot each of them in their head. Nepal is not a property of any single Nepali and Madhesh is not just the property of Madhesis. I hate to see all these a*hoes putting their self interest in front of the national interest God Dammit..

Chyamekancha and others,

If I were a Madhesi and I have to live together with people like you whose hatred and arrogance against me is triggered by the slightest move, I certainly would like to have my own and separate country.

Fortunately, there are neither only people like you nor only easily breakable Madhesis in Nepal. There are enough tough, self-respecting and Nepal loving Madhesis and enough sensitive and justice loving non-Madhesis in Nepal to create a Nepal cared and shared by all.

As for the idea of a single state/province of Madhes, it should be considered as a STARTER, not an END, of the bigger debate of restructuring of the state of Nepal for managing it’s social and economic needs better.

In my view, a faster economic growth of the whole country should be the FIRST and the LAST objective when we restructure the state. Everything in between should be acceptable.

A single and greater Madhes as an autonomous state does not make economic sense. It is unbalanced and impractical. What will be a balanced and practical structure is for Constituent Assembly to brainstorm for 2+1 years and decide.

The idea of ethnic republic also similarly impractical and too primitive idea for today’s Nepal.

Its impracticability is clearly visible in the following ethnographic map of Nepal.

Nepe

trying to be philosophical smart is easy

practically what those are doing is totally wrong. i am not hating who loves nepal (may be like you). but i cant just stand those who try to break nepal. The thing they are doing is against the human rights and will not be accepted by any sensible person who loves nepal. Thats a total bihari act and again they are big time DHOTIS.

present crisis due to recent unnecessary bandas and strikes-

no transportation, no fuel, itself in terai and ultimately the spill over effect is beginning in whole country- leading to economic crisis, if you have family back home ask them, how they are surviving in this situation.

THIS IS NOT A SLIGHEST MOVE, THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG MOVE. Its by a group of people contolled by bihar

and this is affecting the whole of nepal

By the way map of nepal is very nice

Bikash,

Thanks for starting this thread. I understand, being from chitwan you are also worried by the prospects of this divisory politics.

Here, the things I have been wondering is whether this separation is ethnicity wise or Geography wise. If this is ethinicity wise then why do they need whole terai/madhesh. Just get one or two district siraha and saptari and live under the colony of fuging india. There are many of us who are madhesi/ terain  but not fucgking dhotis. Those who are fighting for free terai/madhesh are not madhesi or terai basi. They are dhotis. All dhotis. We got citizenship of Nepal because we born in Nepal and our ancestor migrated from different region of NEPAL but not from INDIA you dhotis. Why do you cry for nepalese citizenship? That's not in your right from any angle. If you people are really fighting for Madhes/Terai as a Nepali, why there is not even a single person with last name KC,Pandey, Aryal,Thapa, Dhakal? There are only Jha, Thakur, Mandal who are all imported from India. If  you son of a bitches think that you are the Real Madhesis, go back to the history of Nepal and understand what Tharus are for.Resistance against malaria in tharus is the proof of it.  Ki kaso dactar saab?
Are there any tharu (Mahatos) in any of the agitating so called party. Stop barking you azhole son of a bitches. Stop vomiting fugking poison from you indian dick-rubbed mouths. This fugking indians are attempting to get our rivers. They just want our rivers and we all know way out of all the rivers from nepal is terai. Nepalnai khane ta aat chaina ni euta sikkim ta headache bhai racha. Whole nepal khana ta bhutrako aaat. dhoti haru.
Randika chora iee maoist harule garda pheri dhesai dharap ma pare. Yo gyane ra prachande bahulale garda sab khattam hune sangar ma pugeko cha.  Tesmathi yo buddhi nabhaka kangresi ra yemale ka damfu haruko ta ke kura garne.
Maile dekheko gyanelai lakhetera, army lagara radika chora maobadi ra dhoti harulai thik parnu parcha. jha/thakur/.............thar bhaka pani sabai ta kaha andolan garya chan ra. uhi hijo maobadilai gyane le hatiyar ra paisa deko jastai ta honi ahile  iniharulai india le deko cha.

ONE MADESH,ONE PROVINCE

ONE MADESH,TWO PROVINCES

ONE MADESH,THREE PROVINCES

OR,

ONE MADESH,FIVE PROVINCES

BUT

MADHESHI NEED SEPARATE PROVINCE(S) N  AND THEY WILL DEVELOP THEIR OWN AUTONOMOUS STATE ECONOMICALLY,POLITICALLY AND WILL CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW NEPAL

               ANY PROBLEM WITH YOU,MODER-FU-K-ERS

for all friends here!

the thread here leads the discussion about current political situation in nepal. you can put all the views as your wish. but dirty words against any casts and ethinity in madhesh will not be tolerated.if any one comes with one bad word against any caste(like yadav, mandal, gupta or saha; you can point the leaders with their names rather caste),the thread will stink with the replies...........

Chyame bro, its Jaya Krishna Goit. His demands are even more chilling. I was shocked to read this news in nepalnews last month "Based in Bihar, Goit claims he is fighting for sovereign homeland".

another news rather interview from same nepalnews.com

INTERVIEW WITH JWALA SINGH

By Tilak Pathak

Excerpts of a telephone interview with Nagendra Kumar Paswan alias Jwala Singh, the coordinator of one of the three factions of the Jantantrik Terai Mukti Morcha, which has been waging a separatist armed struggle in the Terai region:

Q. Will you come to the negotiating table or not?

Jwala Singh: Why should we come for talks? We have already declared Terai as a separate state. No chance of talks with this government.

Q. So there is no possibility of talks at all?

Singh: No. Why should we come to the negotiating table when the army has been mobilized? On the one hand, the Home Minister warns of suppression, while on the other Ram Chandra Poudel stages a drama of talks.

Q. But the government has said it is in touch with you?

Singh: This is simply false. No contact has been made with us. We are not in the favor of holding talks and there won’t be any talks.

Q. Won't you sit for talks even if the government invites you seriously?

Singh: The Pahade monopolist state continuously exploiting the Madhesi people for the last 240 has been years. While the Rana and Panchayat regimes always suppressed the Madhes, we had to begin an armed struggle after we realized that the current democratic government, too, does not want to give us our rights. Earlier, we had declared a ceasefire as a rebel group. But we were ignored even after declaring a unilateral ceasefire with clear demands. Now, we are already running a separate state. Now even if talks take place, then it will be only for demarcating the borders.

Q. Don't you think your statement is totally out of place?

Singh: We have been contributing 85 percent of the country’s total revenue (to Nepal government). The transport system is in Terai. We are ahead in terms of geography and population as well. We don't need to hold dialogue with the Pahade monopolist state and the Pahade terrorists. Now, they need to hold talks with us.

Q. The issue of separating Terai from the rest of the country is being opposed from within Terai itself. What do you say?

Singh: There were some Indians who were against India’s struggle for freedom (from the British). In the same way, a handful of power brokers and thugs, who have been fulfilling their vested interests banking on the Pahade monopolist state, have stood against us. We plan to contain such people.

Q. You stay in India and raise the issue of a separate Terai. Is India encouraging and protecting you?

Singh: This is absolutely false. We don't stay in India. Though the cell phone on which you are right now talking to me has an Indian number, I am actually talking to you from within Nepal by connecting an antenna to mislead the Pahade administration. I have nothing to do with India. Our relationship with India is limited to only a few districts and certain Indian nationals. And this relationship is concerned only with marriages and livelihoods. It’s not that we are being operated by India. I can't be pro-Indian at any cost. Nor can I become a royalist either.

Q. You may not have any relation with the Indian establishment, but it seems you have some kind of nexus with the regional/ local Indian leaders?

Singh: We don't have any relations with any leader, administration and state of India. If anyone finds any evidence (of such relations) then I am ready to hang myself.

Q. What about the royal palace?

Singh: It's not us, but the eight parties themselves are royalists.

Q. But the way you were freed from army custody is considered suspicious?

Singh: Leaders do get arrested and released. Two of the five of us who were arrested had managed to escape. The army had chased and killed the remaining three.

Q. What is the chance of your alliance with the other Madhesi groups?

Singh: Some time back, a meeting was held in Patna (Bihar, India) at our initiative. The campaign to form a broader political front by including the Madhesi Tigers, (Madhesi People's Rights) Forum, Goit (faction of JTMM) and other existing groups is moving ahead positively.

Q. How are you relations with the Madhesi Forum and the Goit faction?

Singh: My front and I extend moral support to any group fighting for the liberation of Terai. I will also support the ruling Sadbhavana Party-Anandi Devi and Upendra (Yadav) if they come up with good programmes.

Q. What then are your capabilities?

Singh: We have enough soldiers to protect Terai. We have trained our fighters and have kept them in a standby position. We won’t allow the Constituent Assembly elections to take place. If the Pahade government tries to forcefully hold the elections then the consequences will be grave. And the Pahade rulers will be responsible for that.
