About Gagan Thapa, he shows great potentials and possibilities. We, Nepalese, may, at last. have found someone who can really lead us to 21st century from the middle age darkness. He should be scrutinized and provided with healthy criticisms. It is our duty also to develop new leadership.
Instead of showering with beautiful words seeming BYAKTIPUJA or using foul language, make criticisms constructively.
I am optimistic about him.

It was then they used to admit people for BS in enviromental and Microbio with 1500 NRS as commision to the NSU(Nepal student Union),He even called me if I decided to pay the money and join or not.....
So people ..... if he can do those kinds of fatahagiri ...... what they called the rest of the seat as union seats , so college cannot put the list of people more than 20,
I bet they can sell country for Chana Chatpate and a kilogram of Ganja !!!!!!!!!

Personally, Gagan is a very good friend of mine. He is intelligent and talented and also ambitious in a positive way. We probably started attending Nepali Congress meeting in our Ward at the same time. I slowly drifted away from politics as I did not have the qualities but he stayed put and has done a great job so far.

I have not met him for a long time now. The last time was in Gyaneswor where we sat down and had tea by the roadside for a while. We talked about "desh ko bigrado sthiti".
When I hear of his arrest, I first think about his family members, especially his mom who could be worried. Otherwise, keta manche lai tyati kehi nahola bhanne aas ho.

I wish him all the best.

I vote for Gagan than those old crooks.

Here's one possible scenario:

1. Army throws in the towel.
2. King quits and leaves the country.
3. Maoists swarm in and take control.
4. SPA gets sidelined.
5. Referendum gets held to decide if Nepal should be multi-party republic or single-party communist nation.
6. Maoists, with all their resources, turn Nepal into another Cuba.

Gagan Thapa is a goon. i havent seen any maoist terrosit in the capital but i have seen one terrorist of kathmandu and that is Gagan Thapa.

I don't find anyone capable to lead our nation and relief our people from current crisis from above mentioned name. I have a suggestion to make though...how about we form a selection committee and start taking applications from all the international bureaucrats to run Nepal in a fixed term. It is just an idea...may work.

BathroomCoffee interesting point , Let me tell you something , I could have claimed as knowing Gagan Thapa as a classmate and said anything about him, but I didnt do it coz What I was saying earlier is the reality. The reality.... everyone in TC knows, and by the way I am pretty impressed with his works these days.
My point of view was more related to him as a President. He just cannot be one.He is not the one.

I know gagan from TC and We even helped him to win first election in his life in Tri Chandra Collegege and later we made him secretery Of TC but he has been exposed to dirty politics of nepal and heavily involved in gundagardi politics of nepal. I admit that he talks good in front of masses but he is not capable of being good leader of nepal coz he belives in winning the election because of gundagardi. So friends don't bring this matter again saying Gagan will be the good leader. We nepali really need a good leader who can understand the real problem of nepal and ordinary neplease people. Gagan is like a old mom fcker politican of nepal. He can't do good to nepal. Bhasan dina sajilo chha tara kaam garna sajilo chha. For example go and see the man's room of Trichandra College we will know. Since the beginning all of those guys were talking about fixing the man's room of TC but still it is the same after 10 fcking year. What can you expect from these guys. Thay can only think about their self but not about nepal.
