Dear Rajeev,

Have a passion in your grand design to be the next President of GAA. Have a lust to be a great Ninja Haku Night Combatative COMPETITOR to win your good and able opponent.

I shall bless you six MAHA SAKTIS of managing six leadership styles. Your theme should be based on BING-FA or the Chinese art of war games. I shall term them your JUDO STRATEGY to beat the shit out of your able opponent and he is a great novice in learning Chinese language and cultural. He may even have visited the GREAT WALL and GREAT SHAOLIN MONASTRY.

In my judo strategy towin him "When pushed you pull him and when pulled you push him." let the gravity of mother earth work against your noble opponent. If you use the same principle you will always land softly in case he tries to use maha sumo push to pull or pull to push antics. Good luck and have a ever soft landing as your muma earth will always protect you from maha harm and you have perfromed well.

I will again pray for you to have the great Barada and Mokshada mahasaktis that liberated the water logged Katmandu valley and was given by the GREAT CHINESE visitor Monk from the Little Goose Pagoda.

Use these six leadership styles on need basis. In other words, be flexible and you willbe meritorious in your VICTORY. Use the themes for protecting the environment too as it is close to mother earth.

The leader's modus operandi being coercive allows him to demad immediate compliance. the style in a phrase is "Do what i tell you." The underlying emotional intelligence competencies are to drive to achieve, intiative and self-contro. This style works best in a crisis, to kick start a turnaround, or with problem employees. Overall impact on climate is NEGATIVE.

The leader's modus operandi being authoritative allows to mobilize people oward a vision. The style in a phrase is "Come with me." The underlying emotional competencies are self-confidence, empathy, change catalyst. this style works best when changes require a new vision, or when a clear directionis needed. The overall impact on climate is mostly and strongly positive.

The affiliative leadership creates harmony and builds emotional bonds. "People come first." Empathy, building relationships and communications. To heal rifts in a team or to motivate people during stressful circumstances. Positive.

Democratic leaders are forging consensus through participation. "What do you think." Collaboration, team leadership and communication. To build buy-in or consensus, or to get input from valuable employees. Positive.

The Pacesettingleaders set high standards for performance. "Do as I do, now." They have conscientiousness, drive to achieve, and have initiatives too. this style is to get quick resultsfrom a highly motivated and competent team. The effect is negative.

the coaching leaders develop people for the fuure. "Try this." They develop others and have empathy and self-awareness. This allows to help an employee improve performance or develop long-term strengths. The implication of this style is positive.

Good luck Rajeev.

Nepal_tara888,

I agree with what you have to write on competitive aspects of the future that Rajeev would be better of adhering to.

Just for some discussion sake allow me to add some more of the strategies from Sun Tzu. The book called "Art of War" was written over 2500 years ago. It is the best ever piece of stuff that I have come across when dealing with competitive situations. This sharing of principles here @ Sajha is intended to have some lively discussions on it.

Besides, I bet Baburam Ji has an original copy of this book that he goes back to every once in a while. The only sad thing being that he does not use it for the right purpose.

Also, using "Prince" by Machiavelli will not be a bad cause.

1.
You would use five main types of attack: deception, battle, surprise, seize, and divide.

2.
The skills of a leader are knowing and vision. Knowing is usually combined with vision and planning. Action is usually combined with positioning as execution.

3.
Command your people in a way that gives them a higher shared purpose. YOU can lead them to death, YOU can lead them to life. They must never fear danger or dishonesty.

4.
As a commander you must be smart, trustworthy, caring , brave and strict.

5.
You must question the situation.

6.
Plan an advantage by listening. This makes your powerful. Get assistance from outside. KNOW the situation.

7.
Warfare is one thing. It is philosophy of deception.
when you are ready, you try to appear incapacitated.
when active, you pretend inactivity.
when you are close to the enemy, you appear distant.
when far away, pretend you are near.

8.
Before you got to war, you must believe that you can count on victory. You must calculate many advantages.
Before you go to battle, you may believe that you can foresee defeat.
Many advantages add up to victory.
Few advantages add up to defeat.

9. The mistake that most people make is considering only their own abilities without considering how these abilities compare with those of competition. All ability is relative.

10.
Rajeev you know what you did and you know how you did it! I for one am delighted that kicked some A__.

Uhi Rajeev,
CT, Amrika

I agree with you Uhiji,

Further to this Rajeev Pradhan needs to combine his ancestry timed and tried collective activities based on "Guthi" system that is like the Chinese "Guang Xi Wang" or relationship and reciprocity based human behaviour manipulation art. Your opponent is a loner from the priest class and he is rather usning Jajamani pratha of peoples' trust being exploited in the name of Hindu Go's agent to so called "SWARGA."

Let him have grandeur of delusion to be a MAHA NETA. You win the show and use his talent to be a GREAT GODAVARI RIVER PHAROH and let him be the UPA NETA like the Priest of the River Godavari to ward evil and any uprising agaist you by the GAA members.

Again Good Luck.

PS: I shall watch your progress in this life as the GREAT MUMMY THAT HAS RETURNED.

PPS: I did not mean Mama Margaret Thatcher but THE MUMMY OF EYGPT INHOTEP.

Dear Cardinal Heavenly Resident father Moran,

I do not think that I am nonsense. I think youhave been nonsense all your life as a paedophile and destroyed my life. It is time that I bury your evil eye and spirit against the future children of Nepal. So far the past and present survivors of your sexual exploits have been checked and blocked by the types of self styled DEAR LEADER of GAA. I hope people like Rajeev Pradhan will make an issue of child molestation that went at St. Xavier's between 1950s and 1980s. We also seek apology and adequete financial compensation from the Jesuit Order that run St. Xavier's in Nepal. If they do not have funds then all the property that they have should be liquidated and a compensation fund be set up as a trust fund. These are real issues that the DEAR LEADER RAJEEV PRADHAN should be addressing to provide the dignity of the inter-generational suffering survivors just like me. What do reasonable minded persons of Nepal and World think of these hidden fact for so long?

Thus, UNDERSTANDING of our problems:

All problems are, in the first instance, problems of understanding. Life is complex and there is no substitute for intelligence. "The unexamined life is not worth living."

Moreover, information and skills are inferior to an uneducated heart.

Basic human education is a formation for life, that is, for mental health and personal maturity, by knowledge related to our Three Vital Needs. It answers the questions:-

(i) What am I worth?

(ii) how can we live in security and loving harmony? and

(iii) What may we hope for?

Other keynotes of understanding for mental health are:-

(i) The four stabilizing questions;

(ii) The six Rules for objective thinking;

(iii) The twelve keys for understanding feelings;

(iv) Clear knowledge of what is normal;

(v) Due recognition of the four causes that influence human behaviour (nature or constitution, culture or nurture, personal action and the Overall cause or God, or some impersonal Absolute) and

(vi) proper use of the threegreat channels of knowledge 9experienec, reason and authority).

Whether I have been well or poorly educated by others, it is still my responsibility to get for myself the understanding of life that I need.

Only as I become a whole person can I understand life as a whole and Rajeev Pradhan will be a transparent and accountable force of light and for my delight. On the other hand, his opponent only like to hide deviant sex exploitation of past and present survivors as the evil force of darkness based on opaqueness and hidden secrets at the Rana Palace that housed the STX.

The more understanding I am, the more provision I will make both for unity in necessary things and for others' diffrences and their freedom. Sajha has announced that they are going to deal issues about torture and violence against children as Sunu Pratap KC received a Gorkha Third hand metal medal from Rex of Nepal. I on the other hand rejected NEPAL TARA FIRST HAND METAL MEDAL for the whole nation being hypocritic against my and others suffering.

There is a dimension of understanding of persons whichis impossible without profound humility and a sense of the relativity of human situations. it shines out in us when we are able to see past impersonal standards of achievement to show appreciation of a particular individual's greater efforts and compassion for his or her greater difficulties-and with the insight of love to reveal another human being's untold worth and undiscovered potential.

Overall understanding means settling whether the universe is or is not personalized through and through-in other words, whether our welfare depends ultimately on dreary determinism, silly chance or a loving Providence.

Thus, dear Rajeev take it through a balanced knowledge. Knowledge isthe mind's grasp of reality. There are only three ways of knowing anything:

- Experience

- Reason

- Testimony or Authority

Continued in my submission to Cardinal.

A truely balanced or mature mind is one which makes vigorous use of all three of these, employs each one in its proper place and possesses the fruits of them all in harmony.

On the other hand, immaturity in our personalities can be spotted and understood according to the various ways in which we abuse these channels of knowledge:

- Overplaying Experience at the expense of Authority and/or Reason (for example, sef-directed youthful rebels, drug experimenters etc.);

- Overplaying Reason at the expense of Experience and/or Authority (for example, ntellectual know-alls, chronic arguers, etc.);

- Overplaying Authority at the expense of reason and/or Experience (for examle, closed minded conservatives, under-expressed doormats, etc.);

Does any one of the above examples apply to me? If not, does my personal inventory, or even criticisms, I have received from others, suggest that I have some other hang-up which cuts me off from knowledge, and consequently from reality, in one or more of the above three ways?

Moreover, groups and institutions in society tend to produce characteristic types like Rajeev's maha opponent as individuals who bear the mark of their lopsided emphasis in regard to knowledge. It can help my understanding of people with very different backgrounds to realize this. we might try to identify some of these forms of mental mutiliation in making realistic personal inventories around the group or in the community.

Rajeevji Godavari Alumini Association ka future Neta hun ani chanjo kura ma OOHI ASHUJI ka opponent. There is a Presidential election coming where both are horse racing and trading Presidential candidates. OOHIji is backed up by HONDA MAN or former El Presidente of GAA through paid and hidden and secretice advertorial in baje Kanak and Kunda daju bahi papers like Nepali Times.

Prava Auntie ko chora, Rajina didi ko dai, Nabina Bhaujo ko pati RAJIV PRADHAN -- Is the contender for GAA's President the same Rajiv Pradhan I know or some other person?

OK Rajiv Pradhan is pitted against Ashutosh Tewari that everybody knows, but I would like to know more about Rajiv, like what are his achievements, his academic qualifications, kati desh sewa gareko cha etc., etc. We know everything about Ashutosh: he has a Master's degree in Economics from Harvard, he is associated with the illustrious Dixit Pariwar, his bete noirs are Dr. Nepe and Biswo (those 2 are on the run, both have not appeared here for a long, long time), his face looks like Gulabjamoon, .......................

ola, nepal_tara the election took place on 7-10-2004 and there is no future pressidential elections coming up. Seems like Rajivji did not need all you leadership-chinese-mystery-bs to win it. Just goes to show he does not need that for future operations of GAA. And lay off ashu, he has accepted his defeat as a man and already congratulated Rajiv. So cut the bs. Know what you are talking about once in a while man, not everything in life is easy as your bulleted points of wisdom.

Hey mind games in Play Station by Sony and Twinkle Twinkle Nepali Sitara that recognizes another TARA or whatevea!!!!!!!

I knew long before you that Rajivhas won and also know that the worthy loser was complaining about mounting an appeal in terms of vote rigging or was it that i drank the same day too much el cheapo red wine and i have woken only today to be musically kissed by SITARA ala norah jones that I have also memorised al non book in terms of 12th step path. Hey what the heck that i have done it as i am getting better and better every day not to drink and process women in madness and in badness and sadness.

Because, that loser has the commonest fallacy

of all fallacies the commonest semms to be this one, That the opposite of an error is bound to be true; or that opposte of an evil is bound to be good.

when you are so sure that somebody else is wrong, you easily tale it forgranted that the attitudes you adopt in resisting or attacking him are automatically right.

nothing causes trouble in human relationships than this. for, so far from being necessarily, it is not even usually true. In most cases the opposite of a wrong is the opposite wrong-because, inmost cases people react without careful thought; and they assert the false or half-true thing, and the unjust or half right thing, which most closely expresses their own vested interest or emotional bias.

Forinstance, to the abuse of authority the common reaction is lawless rejection of authority; to religious fanaticism, emotional unbelief; to prudery, promiscuity, and vice versa; and generally speaking, to one extreme, another extreme.

This explains why emotionally immature individuals in a close relatioship generate complementary maladjustments in each other; also, why a social disorder tends naturally, not to correct itself, but to produce a reaction which is equally bad.

the genuine solution-Rajeev Pradhan is my ideal leader for GAA and Nepal and I will guide him for 100 days of his office. That is tosay, the happy mean or the constructive alternative-is on another plane entirely from the the opposite extremes of Harvard and that standardised product could not adjust to the needs of GAA. the way to go was that hee needed to customise and not be stupid Professor Levitt of Harvard. To be GAA Dear Leader and to reach it, the secret was not to recat, but thoughtfully and lovingly to act; and never merely to oppose an evil, but to rival it-that is, to find the better way which is wholesome for all concerned.

Hi! nepal_tara888,

I have heard this "sexual abuse" issue in this forum a couple of times.
Most of the time its written by anon users like you who can not be
authenticated. If the story you mentioned is true, I think this is (election)
right time and let one of the candidate stand up on your side. I doubt
very much that with the Nepali culture and the enormous influence from
St. X in St. X alumni's network and elitism in Nepal (the pride they have
in claiming or to be called as St. X graduate) that any St. X alumini will
be able to talk things against St. X and even if happened (your claims)
at St. X in the past, most of the St. X alumni will dismiss it like
"tyasto ali ali ta jaha pani huncha". Well, when I was in Japan, and
during my job entry a counsellor told all the employees that let our
organization be free from sexual harassement, unfortunately, later a guy
working there in some other department sexually harassed a woman.
Then girl came forward and discussed with the authorities and finally,
authenticity was verified and the org. was about to announce the incident
for public acknoledgement, unfortunately, a publishing house broke the
news and the president realized the drawback of slowness in response
but finally they came forward and told the story and the actions against
the guy while preserving the privacy of the girl. Well, our organization
was no more virgin w.r.t. sexual harassement, but, I was very happy
to find how the org. moved ahead to avoid further damage and next
incidents.

Many peoples don't know what is the border line between sexual harassement
and joking or having fun within the limit of law. Sexual harassement
certainly depends on the knowledge of the issue to both side. I remember one
of my collegue was using APPLE to tease a female colleague and I could
see that male colleague unaware of what that joke / fun meant teasing
would mean when looked from sexual harassement issues.

So, if you are honest and have witnesses, then, you can come forward
and call for a press conference and let the issue goes beyond ST. X
alumni and in this election hours, I am sure either one of the two
presendential candidate at GAA will try to catch the issue to pull votes.
I remember a case in Japan, it was Baisakh 1 and I was returning to
my apt. after getting my visa extended from immigration office that
was around 2-3 hours of driving from my resident. While returning
I set my usual FM (Tokyo FM in english) an was listening to it.
suddenly, I heard the story on Govinda Mainali who is still in jail
was said to got a verdict in his favor in a murder trial case which many
Nepalis and his sympathizers believe he is innocent and his crime
was only to sleep with her occaisionally at her apartment house owned
by the japanese who owns Kantipur Restaurants in Shibuya. When
I returned to my residence, I immediately wrote the news to the
student's forum in Japan and the news disseminated in an hour or less.
Then, a section of Nepali students (who were so called elites) did not
want to take the isssue and did not want to help Govinda tried blast
another student who tried to ask for the student's orgnization to actively
involve in the issue. The students were very much polarized. Finally,
there was an election for the next committee and the Govinda Mainali
issue raisers stood up as one candidate and finally, he won the election,
and I am sure that he would have never stood up as a candidate
was there no verdict in Govinda Mainali case on that day and if I did not
wrote that email in the public email box. Therefore, if you really want to
make a issue then, its a right time, provided its a real story and you
know there are at least some witnesses and I don't think that the witnesses
should come forward and tell what happened, but, they can be real
danger to those candidates who if by chance denied that it never happend.

Writing in Sajha.com won't influence the election and neither your cause,
nor it really make a difference because you are writing as an anon user
and we nepalis are tired of rumor generators and many peoples will dump
your claims as a garbage as long as you don't give some verifiable source
or yourself 's real identity.

I am sorry that election was already over. What the hell happened with me
and I missed the month long article and mistakenly read as if published only
yesterday. It tells that I was really busy last month or I was in mess and did
not have time to read the upto date postings.

My regret to all those who are offended by my last few postings.

Well, congrats to Rajeev Pradhan. Congrats to Ashu for putting
a great showing.

Well my observation of the GAA election was that pretty much everybody
I talked to had come with their mind already made up [including myself].
But I was justified in voting for who I eventually ended up voting for
because his presentation was a cut above the rest. But although last-minute
speeches or power-point presentation are effective in influencing 'swing voters',
I doubt if there were any in the GAA hall that afternoon.

So the lesson is: have as many of your constituencies and voters 'sewn up'
in the sleeve of your shirt as possible long before the election day, drive them
to the GAA hall yourself rather than expect them to magically show up, and
pray hard. For the battle is won or lost long before the actual event. That's
'cause swing votes are a rarity in Nepal.

Well if nothing works, just bring in Deepak Manangay, the Thamel dada, who
has the whole Thamel (perhaps including GAA??) under his thumb. Can ya
imagine he literally shut Thamel down for 4-5 hours not long ago?

Hey hey ;-)

Dear GP, Karmapa and Mindgames,

Firstly, MindGames it was honest spelling error of react and not recat unless you want a recycled cat! Duh! That is me and when no spelinng checker is in use here.

GP visit my blog at http//cross_cultural_studies.rediffblog.com

I am who I am there and here. I have been banned here in my personal name for being a Bungy_Baje_Chaser, who always have been saying I am a NUT for saying what I have said. I did not like the experience in STX. maybe he and the ilks like him inter-generationally like it from receiving from a great WHITE MISSIONARY WHO MOUNTED YOUNG THINGIES IN A MISSIONARY POSITION AS A MISFIT IN GOD' MISSION IN A MOUNTAIN CITY MISSION MONASTRY. THAT WAS OUR BASIC EDUCATION MAHAGURU MORAN.

GOT THE MESSAGE GP.

This site, Sanjiv, Rajiv,Dixit Bros are all my classmates. they do not want to talk as for them it has been pleasure and for me pain and this is the difference. I have been haunted by that trauma of delayed onset of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. That is my problem and Nepals's problem is underlying from how to get food, shelter, education and basic things and problems such are mine are not the priority list.

Any how I am management consultant to Brave herat foundation that has brought down poofter and paedophiles i Anglican and Catholic Church in Australia. The most notable was recently Governor-General of Australia, Reverend Doctor Peter Hollingworth. I mean Nepa has got no law even for fist degree buggery or rape of young thingies. I rememeber my stupid Malla Mama of STX saying a law termed Okhate Pahar and the guiltyparty will have to be taken care by the victim's family as the government cannot afford "SIDDHA CHAMAL" for the convicted criminal.

Yes, Karmapa you are so right about the decision about voting is universal all over and not just Nepal.

I cannot teach Rajiv or GAA and for that matter if Rajiv's opponent went to best institution in USA and does not understand what his MAHAGURU MORAN did to me then it seems no Nepalese understand these things. They are ignorant and arrogant beyond belief. I beg the question why?

Then again I am a NUT and GROWing better. I am management consultant to GROW Australia and it is not part of AA. We are better and uniquely Australian that is what I have been saying and please visit GROW Website in OZ.

Have a good Arvo matey.

See ya

Wink Wink and say no more.

Tara888..i just wanted to let you know that i am outsider reading in. what gives you the right to place such judgement on a man as to accuse him of such alegations..that you so far have not shown any proof or records of? if you were deeply serious and sincere of this offence..which i am quite sure that you are not..you would be backing it up 100% with evidence. the fact that you are coming out now...after four decades of Late Father Moran's passing only suggests to me that you are merely a coward trying to claim victory, sympathy to your name. please please please think wisely of your actions..as this one is one for life and will cause alot ot curiosuty from everyone, not only that but may contain consequences. until you come up with proof...ciao
