Try at other fast food restaurants as well. Do not just go to Chinese buffet every day. You will be fine. Even if you choose to bring from your home, you will have the same problem of eating fried rice (?) every day.

If you plan the night ahead..you'll be fine. Here are the options 1) Cook at home after you get to home (if you know how and have the time). Rice(microwave for 25 mins) Daal (pressure cook for 2-3 sheetis) ..these are fast and won't take you more than 5 mins to set up to cook. Tarkari is the one that takes longest..Get fresh vegetables from your local farmer's market and try something new every day..make sure you don't over cook them 2) Get cheese, bread, ham, lettuce, golveda, sauce etc and make couple of quick ham and cheese sandwiches..you can make it of different kinds like turkey, ham, beef (if you eat beef) properly..You can get home and eat a light snacks if this doesn't make you full 3)Eat frozen foods for a change and make sure to follow directions on that to heat/cook it up properly..there are some good ones out there..I tried one from walmart damn it was good...hot and spicy. 4) Fast food. I'd say option 1 is the best for your health.

I am tired of cafetaria food too and besides all the deep fried stuff are not healthy either. So, I am trying to pack my food from home at least 2-3 times a week and I try to make it different everytime. Different kinds of sandwiches like Revival mentioned are not bad at all. Secret recipe: don't forget the cucumber in the sandwich. I love em and it takes 2-4 min to fix it. Pasta is very versatile, you can make it in many different ways if you have time. If not just throw some marinara sause or any pasta sause and some frozen meat balls and cheese. (Add anything you fancy) Fried rice nepali style is perfect/ You can also go mexican style by adding some beans. If you have left over meat or vegetables from last night, wrap it in tortilla and lettuce to make it a wrap. (you can also make it in a sandwich style with ham and pickle....) I am sure we all make momos once in a while so that would make a great lunch. I make extra momos and freeze them right after I wrap them. This way I always have easy access to momos. All I have to do is steam and eat them when I don't have time. Salad. -Always carry fruits and granola bars with you. Anything you like. They are healthy and filling too. Some days when you really don't have time, you still have your old options open like chinese buffet, fast food, subway, chipotle...... I hope this helps...hhhaahaaahaa. I sound like a nutritionist.
