Why in the world has no body deleted these graphic pictures. I wonder if forum mod is unaware of the fact that without any disclaimer the site can not  have graphic pictures like this. What impact will it be for a kid 10 years old. He might remember person with open belly skin all his life. I had never seen this except for in the medical books.
