Either you have to go through the Embassy or any license translator. Best place to find a translator is nearest Immigration center, state court.

Bairagi kailo ..bairagi ta jhan bairagg bhayo ni haina? mero ta thau ko nam ho.. tiha ko saab manche gunda huncha bhanne k cha? Dharan is beautiful place. I am from Dharan, so Dharane Kancha :) but I laughed at that. u have good sense of humor j hos. :)

यो कथाको सारमा भनेको हुँ धराने गुण्डा .
लाहुरेको छोरो ईलाम पुगेछ केटी माग्ने काममा, छोरीको बाउले चलन अनुसार रक्सी र बङुर सगुन लिए पछी कुरो टुङो लागे पछी खान पिन भयो .
केटीको बाउले " धराने गुण्डा हो छोरी दीई हाले पाले पुण्य , मारे पाप " भनेछन रे ,एती खेर सम्मा दुबै पक्ष लाई तीन पानेले छुइ सकेको थियो .
यो धराने गुण्डा बनेको चाँही के हो भनी आत्तुर थापेछन, बुडो मान्छे पनि मिलाएर कुरो सोज्याउन खोज्दछ , जती सोज्याउन खोजे पनि , त्यो त ठिकै छ , तर धराने गुण्डा भनेको चाँही के हो ? कुरो अन्त्य मा रक्सी र बङुर फिर्ता लिएर गएका थिए रे.
धराने ठिटा हरु सम्झे पछी , धराने गुण्डा को कथा सम्झना आएर मैले पनि ठोकिदिए, ठोकिदिए लौ जा मैले जे पर्ला पर्ला कुरै त हो नि हैन त धराने गुण्डा ??????????????
I heard about Achyut Adhikari residing Boston may be helpful . So far I am told by Mukul Subedi residing TX, is an interpreter and must be a license holder.

I am guessing , if he or she is an licensee translator, he/she will be sending the motorized paper of translation . If you want locally, check law college or university , Mrs Karki but she uses Basnet as her last name ( American law college or university in Virginia or DC) is in very good position. Dilli Karki is her husband.
