Hi friends
I am planning to apply for permanent residency through NIW category later this month. Recommendation letters are coming one after another. I am wondering if we Nepalese can apply for both I-140 and I-485 at the same time. Also, I am applying without consulting a Lawyer. If you have experiences, I would be grateful to you for sharing with me.

cpy19ab,
From my understanding, you can file I-485 and I-140 concurrently. If I were you I would go with a lawyer for EB2-NIW. There are some good and relatively inexpensive lawyers.
I am not a lawyer though.
