United State of America, broke the International Law of United Nation Organization (UNO). It is 100% International War Crime.

The United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan has told the BBC "the US-led invasion of Iraq was an illegal act" that contravened the UN charter.

Do you think Bush will care what Anan says? Millions of the citizen chanted against it he didn't care, so its make no different who says what to him. By the way, for sure he will lead III WW if he is elected again. I would go back to nepal rather.

It would also have been better if Kofi Annan could have clarified what "serious consequences" meant. It may be noted that Iraq was warned of "serious conwequences" if it further failed to allow unfettered access to all sites. And mind you, that resolution was passed unanimously (14-1 absent) if i recall correctly.

So, was the earlier resolution just a joke?

Yes, nitu US was 100% wrong to go ahead with IRAQ without knowing the consequences. They themselves were not ready. All over the world, people can see that....no wonder there were millions protesting against the unjust war! US doesn't want to give up it's super power status therefore it doesn't listen to UN. But according to the international law, every other country is punished accordingly but when it comes to US.....US pretends that it will follow the rules of UN but it rather tries to manipulate it! No wonder very few european countries helped US in this war..not even canada! The comment from Annan won't create that much of a hot buzz in White House 'cause they know they can control UN.......it's unfortunate but true!!
