Yes, as long as the flight departs on time from the US and there's no delay!

One hour of transit is not enough. You need at least 3 to 4 hiurs minimum. It takes approx half hour to one hour to disembark from the plane and another hour to navigate the airport and then another hour to navigate through the security and boarding.

Last time my parents had 3 hours transit and they ended up missing their connecting flight and it ended up being a disaster as they were had language issues with the middle eastern airline staff, they had to buy a visa to go to hotel, …

Long story short, give at least 4 hours because some delay is likely.
