Filling Two PERM

I am a Master graduate and working in IT field. Previsouly, my employer wasnt ready to sponsor my GC from STEM OPT. Afterward I found a employer ( Unskilled job) who filled me a PERM for EB3 Unskilled category.
However, Now i again found a employer who is going to sponsor me EB3 skilled category.

Is there going to be any issue with 2 PERM in USCIS?
DO i have to face any risks or issue ?
Is it safe to travel Nepal now ?
Does that going to impact my EB3 Skilled process?

It is best to seek advice from immigration lawyer in this regard. Assuming you wouldn’t prefer to discuss this issue with your employer’s lawyer; you should be able to seek free first time immigration advice from other lawyers. Quick google search should give you the list of these lawyers. Best of luck!

USCIS does not have to do anything with PERM as it shall be processed by DOL; after PERM being approved then you shall file I 140 with USCIS. So technically you will only use one approved PERM for GC however filing multiple numbers of PERM applications have its own advantage and disadvantage. Let me know if you any further doubt...

@Gmajor Thank you for the info. Can you elaborate the advantages and disadvantage. And for my case I applied for Skilled and Unskilled? So will there be any conflict? And also during my PERM process can i travel?
