मैले मेरो भाइको लागि साथी संघ गाडी किनी दिएको कि, गाडी १०/१२ हजार को हो I अब गाडीको लागि नम्बर प्लेट लिनु पर्नेछ I तर १०/१२ हजार को गाडी देखौन्दा त धेरै नै पो कर तिर्नु पर्ने भो I

मेरो प्रश्न यहाँहरुलाई के भने, यदि मैले मेरो साथि संघ बाट गिफ्ट मिलेको भन्दा कस्तो होला? या फिर कसरि थोरै भन्दा थोरै रुपैयामा यो झन्झट बाट निस्कन सकौला त?

Whatever it be gift or you paid, they have their own pricelist for the vehicle. you will be charged tax according the price of car in their database.

You can save sales tax showing your car as a gift. But, you should pay the fees for the title and plate I guess.

No matter how you want to do it, as geet_sangeet mentioned, you will have to pay the sales tax. You cannot skip the sales tax. They will tax according to the value of the car. However, the value they will tax at , most of the time , will be quite lower than what you value at.
