गएको पुस २७ गते पाँचथरको सदरमुकाम फिदिमको फेमेखोला छेउमा गोरु काट्दै गरेको अवस्थामा प्रहरीले ६ जनालाई पक्र्यो। अन्तरिम संविधानमा नेपाललाई हतारमा धर्म निरपेक्ष राष्ट्र घोषणा गरिए पनि के के गर्न पाइने, के के नपाइने भन्ने विषयमा नयाँ कानुन बनेको छैन। त्यसैले पुरानै कानुन अनुसार गाईगोरु काट्नु गैरकानुनी हो। त्यही कानुनलाई टेकेर प्रहरीले गोरु काट्दै गरेका ६ जनालाई पक्र्यो।

धर्म निरपेक्ष भइसकेको देशमा पुरानो कानुन अनुसार गोरु काट्नेलाई पक्रन पाइन्न, हामीले हाम्रो परम्परा अनुसार गोरु काट्न पाउनु पर्छ, त्यसैले पक्राउ परेकालाई निशर्त छाड्नु पर्छ भन्दै नेपाल आदिवासी जनजाति महासंघ, एमालेबाट टुक्रिएर बनेको अशोक राईको संघीय समाजवादी पार्टी, राष्ट्रिय जनमुक्ति पार्टी, लिम्बुवान राष्ट्रिय मुक्ति मोर्चा, आदिवासी जनजाति युवा महासंघ र आदिवासी जनजाति विद्यार्थी परिषद् लगायतले आन्दोलन चर्काए। फिदिम बजार तीन दिन ठप्पै भो। मेची राजमार्गको फिदिम खण्डमा लामो तथा छोटो दूरीका सवारी साधन चल्न पाएनन्।

बुधबार पाँचथर जिल्ला अदालतले दलबहादुर गुरुङलाई पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राख्दै अरु पाँच जनालाई सामान्य तारेखमा रिहा गर्‍यो। शुक्रबारदेखि भने आयोजकले बन्द स्थगित तर धर्ना लगायतको विरोध कार्यक्रम जारी राख्ने बतायो।

साझाबासी ब्रोहरु लाई के लाग्छ कसैले मैले पालेको गोरु काटेर खान्छु भन्यो भने पाउने कि नपाउने ?

I am asking this quesiton because most of viewers of this site live in US and countries other than nepal. They have seen multiple culture. I have seen many people who are in US from many years but still hate beef eaters.

I think my question should be "Do you guys eat beef ?" or "Do u hate beef eaters ?" or "Do u feel guilty if u eat beef by mistake ?"

गोरु त के गाइ नै काटेर माओबादिले उत्सब मनाएका तर मानसिक रुपमा तयार नभएकोले प्राय गाइको मासु खाने जति झाडा पखाला लागेको कुरा सुनेको थिए | डलर पाएर पादरीको गम्छा बोक्ने अनि गाइको मासु खाए पछि मात्रै सक्कली माओबादि हुईने होडमा जे जे खाए पनि हुन्छ तर एति पाठ चै सिक्नु पर्छ आफ्नो संकार र चलन चलाउदा अरु को चलन र धर्मलाई पनि बिचार पुर्याउन कहिले सिक्ने होलान ?

I think my question should be "Do you guys eat Dogs meet ?" or "Do u hate Dog eaters ?" or "Do u feel guilty if u eat dogs meet by mistake ?"

has anyone seen 'Life of Pi'. ?
All these values and sentiments are there as long as one is leading a normal life.
Amidst crisis and hardships, every single one of us turn to become like 'Pi', for ex.
he had no choice other than savouring on 'Mahi Mahi' to survive. At first, he screamed
for his sin(being vegetarian thats what he believed) but when it comes to your own
survival, you forget everything. If that tiger was not tiger but goat, Pi would have eaten
that too. It would have died out of hunger and he would have eaten it. Now, back to
period in present moment where life is running normally, all these matters are there
for us to vent upon our mere differences, don't we look like fools? Anyway, we're all
pretenders and lets pretend we respect each others values and norms. We've been
pretending since years. If some group feel disregarded for doing certain things, lets
not do it in front of them, but in the context of state being declared as secular, that
other group don't really need to spike the issue unnecessarily.

here is another recent incident out of series of several other incidents that has happened in north korea's hellish camp. When a person is in the height of distress and hunger, all social norms and values melt away. I'm just saying all this fuss about this and that based on certain belief is not really that important when we read news like this.

Starving North Koreans 'are forced to eat their children’

One father is said to have been executed by firing squad for killing his two kids for food.

And it has sparked fears there could be further cases of cannibalism in the country.

The Sunday Times told how undercover reporters recorded several horror stories from inside the poverty-stricken nation.

They included one man who dug up his grandchild's corpse to eat and another who boiled his child and ate the flesh.

Thousands of North Koreans are feared to be starving to death while their chubby leader Kim Jong-Un regularly dines on banquets.

It is claimed that more than 10,000 people could have died from in the provinces south of the capital Pyongyang alone.

One informant in South Hwanghae, said: "In my village in May a man who killed his own two children and tried to eat them was executed by a firing squad."

The informant told how the man even offered meat from his daughter and son to his wife when she returned from a business trip.

He was arrested and sentenced to death after she informed the authorities and the children's bodies were found.

The reports were originally compiled by Asia Press using "citizen journalists" working inside the country.

One official told them: "In a village in Chongdan county, a man who went mad with hunger boiled his own child, ate his flesh and was arrested."

There is not enough food to go round the 24 million people who live in North Korea.

Many face starvation because of grim conditions for food production including crippling droughts.

But it is also under strict sanctions because of its nuclear ambitions.

However just last week the defiant country outraged the world as it announced plans for a third nuclear missile test.

Nepal is no longer a hindu Nation therefore does not need to heed to Hindu Nation Law. KEEP RELIGION OUT OF POLITICS AND GOVERNMENT. KEEP IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE, NO NEED TO COMPLICATE THINGS. अब रह्यो कुरा गोरुको | हामी बोका, राँगा सबै खान्छौ | नेपालमा गाईको भन्दा बढी भैसीको दुध नै उत्पादन र खपत हुन्छ | साथै हामी राँगोको मासु सबै भन्दा बढी खपत गर्छौ | गाईले दुध दिने हुदा आमा को रुप भयो रे | त्यो भन्दैमा गोरु पनि बाउको रुप त होइन होला ? हिन्दु धर्ममा पनि गाईको मात्र कुरा छ गोरुको छैन | तेसैले गाई लगायत पोथी चौपाया लाई मार्न निषेध गरि गोरुको कुरामा लिबरल हुने हो भने जनजाति हरु को भावनाको पनि सम्मान हुन्छ कि ?
