It is time for the Supreme Court to make a final decision.

After hearing all the discussions among top lawyers, one thing is clear. Whether TPS ends three months earlier or three months later, TPS holders will still face hardship. That harm will not simply disappear.

The administration may have made mistakes in the process. Those mistakes can be corrected. The court may also allow more time before the termination takes effect.

However, the legal authority to terminate TPS still exists. Congress gave that authority to the executive branch.

TPS holders should also speak with qualified immigration lawyers to review any other legal options available to them.

Good Luck!!!

An interesting pattern appears in some discussions.

The moment someone disagrees, the topic quietly leaves the room and the personal attacks take over the conversation. Facts become optional, but outrage remains mandatory.

Some people treat every difference of opinion as a five-alarm emergency. A simple disagreement is received as if a hostile takeover has been announced.

The irony is that confidence usually speaks through evidence, while insecurity speaks through insults. One invites discussion; the other declares war on anyone who asks a question or has commented genuinely.
The rest of us are here to discuss immigration issues. Not to watch someone defend an imaginary throne every time another viewpoint appears.

What a masterpiece of constructive criticism! Did you happen to count how many times you repeated your favorite word, or did you lose track halfway through?

As the old folks used to say, "No matter where a dog is fed, it still goes looking for what it likes best."

The funny part is that while trying to criticize Logan, you somehow managed to make him the main character of your comment. That's dedication!

I did not write this to divide our community. I wrote it to share my concerns. The courts cannot give TPS holders a permanent solution. Only Congress can do that by passing a law.

I know many people’s lives are at risk, and their children see the United States as their only home. From the beginning, I have said that we need a law to solve this problem.

However, from 2020 to 2024, many TPS groups seemed satisfied with temporary extensions instead of pushing harder for a permanent solution.

Now, who should we blame? We should not blame only the courts or one administration. Congress failed to act, and TPS organizations also failed to push strongly enough when there was a better chance to pass a law.

Good luck!!
