How true are these allegations ? Time will reveal .

Roshan ashikari is the same bhutanese refugee who spent 80 lacs for a music video to become media sensation .

My concern is i hope this case wont tarnish the names of Nepalis residing in USA .

Even if they exploited legal loopholes and avoid going to jail, the damage they caused could be significant. Their actions may prompt Congress to impose stricter immigration laws, making life harder for honest and hardworking immigrants. Unfortunately, when a few people abuse the system, the consequences are often felt by many who have done nothing wrong.
