TPS holder rehire process with the same EAD

HR has rehired multiple TPS holders with the same EAD under valid extension.

Ram Karki mentioned that his HR wrote '06/30/2026' (place holder date) as the expiration date in Section 1 of the I-9 form.

Write this on Additional Information :

Authorization extended per court order. 1.Confirmation of work authorization under TPS – court order attachment

2.USCIS notice 01/06/2026 3.Attorney-issued letter verifying valid EAD under TPS Nepal
