ohh ok I also do that I eat like breakfast then lunch and dinner which are my heavy meals and then greek yogurts or chobani's or sometimes queso's with cheese dip or sometimes nuts like almonds and pistachios or sweet potatoes etc. So it counts as 4 meals for me then. Cottage cheese I quit as I don't like its flavor. I think you are not eating breakfast, are you? It's better to eat heavy breakfast and then another heavy lunch and light dinner with snacks.
