@sweesher i eat 2 heavy meals , 1 light meal and rest are snack meals like cottage cheese, greek yogurt and dark chocolates. But i am caloric deficit even after these meals. Any idea of foods thats healthy and high on calories? How are you fulfilling your daily calories with just 3 meals?
