I know some ppl are being sentimental. I am helping those who are suffering out there. I dont understand why should I help them who is already here, making money. I dont care if they r illegal or not, but they can still support their family there by sending money they earned under the table. I was infact excited that illegals could get travel document to see their family who is dead or suffering. But upon talking to someone at usics, thats not the case n its a long process before they can travel. So now whats left is to grant them legal temporary status by whose effort, ours? Nepalese leaving abroad? Tell me one reason to convince me why should I contribute to help them get legal status. I dont see here am helping any victims, I just see am helping illegals to get legal status. Its not like with facebook/sms votes that we won prashant tamang. Its a whole different story. And some of these selfish ppl are trying to capitalize the situation in nepal. Am not gonna sign anything, am not being envious, its just illogical and those who r suffering there have nothing to do with tps here, and am ashamed that few of these are lobbying for their own selfishness.
