I resonate with RahulVai's experience.
The only thing I liked about the turkish airlines/airport was their amazing tea. But Air hostesses/ and hosts were irked by my asking for more tea :). There is no sense of customer service, and I wonder if it is cultural, but even so, there must be better accountability at the airport.
