I am not saying these projects will happen for sure; I am saying none of the projects are impossible. Look at the list of the projects listed for Hydropower development. Some of them are facing issues already, but if given a good leadership (and considerable control), they are all doable projects.
I am positive we will have another international airport soon, 4 is a stretch.
Hard, not impossible.
