Yes i have seen Nepalese  people not able to get job after their PhD, but that is exception. Those people who do not do market analysis /demand and just get enrollment  for PhD to get monthly salary also end up like that In case of Nepalese these case also exception.

You can not set rule /make judgment based on exceptions, exceptions are everywhere.
One of my white Canadian friend told me that 50% of the taxi drivers in Toronto airport are Indians and majority of them have engineer degree from India.

Lots of doctors from India end up as nurses in US, Canada and Europe. One of Indian who did PhD in law  was working in assistant level in the Netherlands.
Once I was talking with a lady from Poland about Indians she told me that don't work with Indians they promises a lot but deliver  little.
Unlike Indians who started to immigrate to western countries in masses decades ago Nepalis started to immigrate in large numbers only 1990s so this is the phase of struggle for Nepalis diaspora. Even then Nepalis are competing well.

Yes there are some "bijog"  of Nepalis in Delhi but there are more "bijog" of Indians around the world. Honor killings, killing wife for financial reason, Marrying gals from India bringing them to western world for dowry is common practice among Indians. Many Indian criminal gangs are being formed.

Good thing about Nepalis are yes work hard, except for the exceptional cases Nepalis are behaving well  in comparison to Indians. Where options are not available working in Indians gas station/grocery stores is not that bad because it is work right?

The TV show is just a lack of common sense  among Indians. Who is forcing Indians to hire Nepalis as  a watchman? There are 467 million labor force in India and almost 10% is unemployed that means 46 millions Indians are looking for job (1.5 times the population of Nepal) why Indian companies/people hire Nepali as watchman ( my guess is around 2,00,000 Nepalis are working as  watchman in India). Indians don't believe Indian for their security.

At the time of Independence  why India wanted to keep Gurkha battalion?? They could have said  well thank you very much for you service we don't need Gorkha battalion any more. But they wanted it. Why India cant not completely rely   upon Indians for its own security? why it always deploys Gorkhali in its war with Pakistan and China? It is their
psychological problem.

If the guy who made the TV show wanted to have a nice show he could have a balanced
presentation. He looks educated to me but  but he lacked all those common sense I spoke in above paragraphs. Secondly he must know that Nepal is a neighboring country, a well  educated person will think twice before making/ airing this type of show.It is a clear manifestation of their ill intention. Its not the Nepalese who need to grow up, in this case, it is the Indians who need to know how to respect people who are talking care of their security issues.
Yes I agree with you some of the conditions we are facing these days is because of irresponsible behavior of so called leaders.

You are right  going to India for job has a long history, almost 200 yrs. and in those past 200 years how many Nepalis gave Indians peace of mind?  In past 200 years there are very very few incidents where Nepalis were behaving badly.The demand of Nepalis in India didn't grow for nothing, they earned it with their honesty, innocent smile and hard work, otherwise Indians wouldn't recruit them. So it is common sense to respect the people who worked for you and earned your trust. This is also the basic principle of management and if you are working in the field of communication/entertainment/security respect is a must.

Indians are always miscalculating their response, that is the reason Indira Gadndhi was killed by security guards and Rajiv Gandhi was killed by Tamils from Sri Lanka, They also miscalculated consequence their harboring of the Nepali Maoist, the result you know what.

Now regarding our treatment with Indians
First of all what type of Indians are coming to Nepal for work. India is richer than Nepal, there is more opportunity in India than in Nepal in almost every field. Why on earth a person from a rich and prosperous country will go to poor country to do menial work in order to earn living? And also because of the exchange rate, even if a Indian saves 200 NRS/day every day for a month he will be saving 6000 NRS when changed to IRS it will be approx 3600) that is less than 100 USD). Why on earth a guy from a country whose per capita GDP is 3100$ will go to a country whose per capita GDP is 1200$. and you know it is not always possible to save 200NRS everyday for a worker class. It is understadalbe if he/she is a highly skilled person ( I doubt  a highly skillful guy will come and work in Nepal unless deputed by a company).
So, the Indians coming to Nepal for work are mostly very low skilled ppl but they pose themselves as a highly skillful people , for that they do every possible disguise/lie or whatever. When a Nepali falls for these Indians it is usually too late. Indians started to come to Nepal in volumes after 1960, whatever we are doing to them is their earnings of last 50 yrs.
And by the way why no Indians are recruited as security guards in Nepal? and in practice will you hire a Indian when a Nepali is available for the same job? and how come Indian labor is cheaper than a Nepali labor? You need to earn respect. Indians in Nepal failed to earn the respect.

But Nepalis In India earned respect and trust otherwise nobody will have hired them as watchman and in security forces for so many years.
