My guess is that after May 28th, there will be an unstable situation for a while (security situation will be at its low point) coz' of the dog fights. Then at some point representatives of New Delhi will come with a compromise deal to give space to all the actors; while for creating that broker deal it will take its piece of pie for sure. They gotta make a Cake and eat it too. Not a new New Delhi's strategy, is it??
