well.... get somebody who is gonna spend on nepal's hydroelectricty.. then make dem dams in nepal.. produce electricity... and make profit out of it.. use the water for irrigation.. and make the farmers pay some amount of money from their profit they make after using the water from irrigation.. Yeah.. ITS GONNA COST ALOT OF MONEY.. but you are gonna be controlling the country's water resource to make money at the same time... if you really want dem indians to pay for it... Nepal will be controlling the water flow, so they wouldnt be able to produce as much electricity as now.. and you basically control it.. so.. who's gonna get ppl to invest.. ITS DAMN GOOD PROFIT....
