After Jamim's killing and the subsequent Indian media reports on it, I thought Indian intelligentsia probably deserves to have to deal with the kinds of terror attacks it deals with.  Sadly, such attacks only kill innocent people and this time the target happened to be a Nepali owned restaurant. Condolences to the families of the dead and the injured.

Just returned from Nepal with disappointments. As per minister Load shedding will down by 2015 and will be removed by 2017. It depends on continuity of the project. It has similar story about Melamchi Water Project, local people had some demand and was halted for couple months. In past couple hydro projects were discontinued even after spending millions dollar.

Any  cities  in Nepal like Kathmandu are full of  gangsters, local and internationals, even 5-10 k Nepali rupees is enough to hire a killer. It will be the worst city in the world to live, in spite of this the price of the land is rocketed. Any body can collect ransom for no reason, I felt, we were the live actors of Bollywood movies.
