सुसी बनाउने चामल भनौ वा स्टार्च युक्त चामल बेस होलाकी ? चामल एक दिन अघि भिजाउने : सेल बनाउने दिन पातलो लुगामा राखेर झुन्ड्याउने , पानी बिहिन भए पछि कफी ग्राईण्डरमा पिस्ने , आधा मिहिन अनि आधा अलिक मसिनो कनिके मै निकाल्ने ( काडे सेल बनाउने भए ) अलिकति घिउ, चिनी हालेर बेस्सरी मोल्ने " जति धेरै मोलियो तेतिनै फुक्छ भन्छन | त्यो केकमा फुल बुट्टा बनाउने छ भने तेस्ले रोटीको साइजको प्वाल बनाउने ( सिकारुलाई उतम उपाय) : एउटाले हाल्दै जाने अर्कोले फ़िर्काउने वा फ्राकाउने वा उल्टाउने | कस्तो बन्यो सेयर गर्नुस है ?

Nauni ghui wa dudh ko taar ko prayog ni garna sakinxa; tara yesko prayog le sel dherai din samma rahadaina,Dherai chini halema sel dadera kalo hunxa....

Don't forget to put a lot of ghee. Once I made it and did not put enough ghee. When I poured the mixture in hot oil, it fell at the bottom of the pan.
