I did 2 years bachelor degree from Tribhuvan University and came to USA on tourist visa, got a job in a company, got an H1 visa through the company, now applied for I-140. Last week, USCIS sent me a letter saying that I need a four year bachelor degree instead of 2 years. They gave me H-1 visa 3 times. I am in a great dilemma. I don't know what to do? Do you guys have any better idea? Please please let me know ASAP.

No Tension bro,The H1B requirement clearly indicates, as you might also know, that a 4 year Bachelors is required for the H1B. But still, you applied and got approved. However, there is a clue thatyou need either 4 year Bachelors or a 2 year Bachelors and some years of experience (I am not sure at this time how many years that is). Your attorney who helped you prepare the H1B documentsor your company attorney must know all these things better. So, PLS consult him ASAP. Good Luck to you.
