Legitimacy of House proclamation
Kathmandu , 26 May: The recent parliamentary announcement has created tensions among the judges about the legitimacy of the House proclamation, writes Dharahara weekly.

Since the seven parties have defied the legal limits by running the nation on their political decisions, it has created serious legal difficulties as the proclamation is unconstitutional and if someone filed a case against the following announcement the court will be compelled to revoke all the declaration attached to the announcement as it has been formed against the law.
