 Finding IT or Engineering Job in Japan

Hi people, few months ago I saw some threads about nepali community in Japan. I was working as a consultant in US , but right now I am in Japan. I am wondering if somebody in Sajha knows the way to find IT realted job or an Entry level Engineering preferably electrical or electronics or communication engineering related job in Japan.
Also any idea about the website of nepali association in Japan?
